Terms of Service

Welcome to Real Faster ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using www.realfaster.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Real Faster is a professional real estate photo editing platform. Customers upload raw photos and videos, our editing team processes them, and we deliver the finished results. Services include photo retouching, virtual staging, day-to-dusk conversion, sky replacement, video editing, and more.

2. Account Registration

  • You must register using Google Sign-In and verify your phone number to use the Service.
  • New accounts require admin approval before accessing the dashboard.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts with false information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Orders & Delivery

3.1 Order Lifecycle

Orders follow this workflow:

  1. Draft: You create an order and upload files. Draft orders automatically become pending after 1 hour.
  2. Pending: Order is queued for processing by our editing team.
  3. In Progress: An editor is actively working on your order.
  4. Review: Editing is complete. You can review, approve, or request corrections.
  5. Completed: All files approved and delivered.

3.2 Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround options: 4 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours, depending on the service.
  • 4-hour turnaround incurs a 30% surcharge on the service price.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We make commercially reasonable efforts to meet deadlines.

3.3 Corrections

  • You may request corrections on delivered files by marking individual photos and providing feedback.
  • Reasonable correction requests are included in the original order price.
  • We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive or out-of-scope revision requests.

4. Files & Content

4.1 Your Files

  • You retain ownership of all original files you upload.
  • By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver your files as part of the Service.
  • Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and Dropbox. We take reasonable measures to protect your files but are not responsible for data loss beyond our control.

4.2 Edited Output

  • Edited files are delivered to you via the platform dashboard and/or your linked Dropbox folder.
  • Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use the edited output for your business purposes.
  • We may retain copies of edited work for quality assurance and portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You must not upload content that:

  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Contains illegal, obscene, or harmful material.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

  • Prices are based on the service type, number of files, and turnaround time.
  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

5.2 Payment Methods

  • Wallet: You can pre-load your wallet via PayPal and pay for orders from your balance.
  • PayPal Direct: You can pay individual invoices directly via PayPal using quick-pay links.
  • All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details.

5.3 Auto-Payment

  • If you have sufficient wallet balance, completed orders may be automatically charged based on your payment schedule (daily or weekly).
  • You will receive email notification of any automatic charges.
  • If your wallet balance is insufficient, you will receive a reminder to add funds.

5.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If we are unable to deliver satisfactory results after reasonable correction attempts, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once used for orders.

6. Referral & Rewards Program

  • You may earn wallet credits and coins through our referral program.
  • Referral rewards are credited after the referred user completes their first qualifying payment ($5 or more).
  • Rewards are subject to a 48-hour verification period to prevent fraud.
  • Coins are a virtual, non-monetary reward that cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Coin balances reset to zero on December 31 each year.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral rewards.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without permission.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • We may reject new account registrations at our sole discretion.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
  • You may request account deletion by contacting us. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Real Faster and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for file loss, corruption, or unauthorized access caused by third-party services (Dropbox, Cloudflare, PayPal, etc.).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Real Faster harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
