- Photos, videos, and other files you upload for editing.
- Feedback and correction requests on completed work.
- Chat messages and attachments within order conversations.
1.3 Payment Information
- We process payments through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank account details. PayPal handles all financial data under their own privacy policy.
- We store transaction IDs, invoice amounts, wallet balances, and payment history.
1.4 Automatically Collected Data
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration via Google Analytics.
- IP address: Used for geographic detection (to customize content display) and security.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen size.

6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Order files: Stored for the duration of the project and a reasonable period after delivery.
- Payment records: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Coin balances: Reset annually on December 31.

- Access your personal data stored in your account profile.
- Update your profile information at any time via dashboard settings.
- Opt out of non-essential email notifications via notification preferences.
